Samba no Pé or Samba Solo is danced to the most popular rhythm in Brazil and has its origine in Africa. In her classes Juliana uses Samba de Roda, Samba de Batucada, Samba Reggae and other important and powerful rhythms like Frevo, Côco, Ciranda and Afro-Brazilian to teach rhythm, musicality, movement, and posture with Samba no Pé.

In Brazil, Gafieira is danced in ballrooms with live music to various rhythms such as Samba Cancão, Bossa Nova, Pagode and Samba Rock. It is an elegant and creative partner dance which has elements of Tango and Bolero. Gafieira unites people of all ages and social classes where, in total harmony, the musical melody and corporal improvisation join in an absolute and divine interpretation.
